Be a Person of Value
“Try not to become a man of success but a man of value.” – Albert Einstein
There is a clear difference between value and success, even though the two are often confused or lumped together. Success is usually what others can see. It shows up in material things, accomplishments, and outward recognition.
Value, on the other hand, is something deeper. It reflects who you are at your core and how you see yourself when no one else is looking.
From a material standpoint, success can make life more comfortable. A bigger house, a faster car, and financial freedom can certainly make things easier. But none of those things determine your worth as a person. They may show success to the outside world, but they do not define your character, your integrity, or your impact.
If you truly believe that value outweighs success, then it begins to shift your priorities.
