Finish the Month Well
“Reflect upon your present blessings, of which every man has many, not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.” – Charles Dickens
You are one month into this journey. The calendar has flipped. The excitement of a new year has faded a bit. People have stopped saying “Happy New Year,” and for many, resolutions have already started to slip.
That’s okay.
What matters now is not how January started, but how you respond to where you are today.
If you set a New Year’s resolution and you’ve stuck with it, congratulations. Keep going. Keep building momentum. If you set a resolution and fell off track, get back on board. Don’t wait for next January. Don’t wait for Monday. Start again today.
At the end of every month, we’re going to pause. Not to judge. Not to dwell.
