Have a Plan
“If you don’t know where you are going, you’ll end up somewhere else.” – Yogi Berra
There is something powerful about organization.
We often think of it in physical terms, keeping our spaces clean, our desks orderly, and our belongings in place. But organization is not limited to what we can see. It plays an equally important role in how we approach our goals and the direction of our lives.
When you set a goal, it is not enough to simply want it. Without a clear plan, that goal becomes nothing more than a wish. Many people talk about wanting more, more success, more money, a better job, but they never take the time to map out how to get there. As a result, they stay exactly where they are.
The issue is not always a lack of ability. In many cases, people have the skills, the ambition, and the work ethic to succeed. What they lack is structure.
