Happy Valentine’s Day.
Today is traditionally about flowers, cards, candy, and romantic gestures. That’s fine. Those things are meaningful in their own way. But the kind of love that truly changes lives runs deeper than that.
In Matthew 22, Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was. His response was simple: Love God. Love others.
Everything else hangs on those two.
Love isn’t just emotion. It’s action. It’s patience. It’s sacrifice. It’s showing grace when it would be easier to hold a grudge. It’s choosing kindness when it’s inconvenient.
