Feedback is constant. Praise lifts us. Criticism weighs on us. And for some reason, negative words tend to echo louder.
People will tell you what you can’t do. They’ll project their limitations onto your goals. They’ll hand you expectations that feel small and safe.
But those expectations do not define you.
No one else can fully understand your drive, your discipline, or your determination. No one else wakes up in your shoes. So why should they get to determine your ceiling?
